All the clients booking services under DreamLens have to abide by the following terms.

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY TERMS AND SUGGESTIONS

  1. The quotation provided to you is valid for 30 days from the date of issue, and bookings will be made on a first-in, first-out (FIFO) basis. As we receive multiple quotations for the same date, priority will be given to the client who pays the booking amount first.

  2. We heavily rely on displaying and referencing our work for marketing purposes. Therefore, some of the images may be displayed on our website (not mandatory) and social media pages (not mandatory).

  3. The original copyright of the images belongs to DreamLens Productions.

  4. Before the wedding event, you are required to pay 90% of the package amount, including the booking amount, as an advance payment. The remaining 10% will be due upon the delivery of the screened pictures, either through a pen drive or a Google Drive link, before the final delivery.

  5. Please note that the booking amount (50k) is non-refundable under any circumstances and cannot be adjusted towards any future events.

  6. Our services are limited only until the Vidaai ceremony.

  7. Each client is responsible for providing us with a 2 TB external hard drive or SSD for data safety. The hard drive will be returned during the final delivery process.

PRE WEDDING TERMS AND SUGGESTIONS

1. The packages cover areas in and around Siliguri or 100 Kms of distance from main town.

2. If you wish to shoot outside Siliguri then the cost of traveling and accommodation have to be taken care by the client.

3. 6 Nos countdowns and an invitation video is included in every pre wedding package. Any work beyond this shall be chargeable.

4. Local travel of all the professionals, upto 50 kms of distance from the town shall be taken care of by DreamLens Productions. Clients have to travel on their own comfort.

5. Any cost involved in purchasing or making the props must be taken care of by the client.

6. Any location cost or pre-permissions of the shoot premises are to be taken care of by the client.

7. Facilities of makeup are available with us at extra charges.

8. We kindly request that you limit the number of friends or relatives accompanying you during the shoot to avoid any potential decrease in productivity.

DELIVERY TERMS

  1. We will provide approximately 25 fully edited images from the entire event within 20 days (depending on workload) after the wedding for your social media uploads and personal use.
  2. All the images will be reviewed and edited to a minimal level before being submitted to the client. They will be delivered on a pen drive with applicable terms and conditions attached. This process may take up to two months from the date of the wedding.
  3. The client is responsible for returning the pen drive to us within 20 days of receiving it, along with any requested additions or subtractions to the suggested images.
  4. The video production will commence only after we receive the final selection of images from the client, as we follow a first-in, first-out (FIFO) process.
  5. The highlight video, if applicable, will be delivered anytime within one year of the wedding.
  6. We estimate a maximum of 6 months to complete the entire photo book and wedding film, provided that the client submits their final selection for the albums on time. Please note that the highlight video is not included in this timeframe.

SOCIAL MEDIA TERMS

  1. Our marketing strategy relies heavily on displaying and referencing our work. Therefore, some of the images may be showcased on our website (not mandatory) and Facebook page (not mandatory) for marketing purposes.
  2. It is not obligatory for us to upload images or movie clips of every wedding or event on our page. The decision regarding uploads is made by our board of directors and management team. We strive to ensure that each upload is unique to maintain the integrity of our page. However, this does not imply that your wedding or event is any less important to us, as we value each and every client equally.
  3. The client cannot make any claims if we choose not to upload any images from their wedding on our social media platforms.
